Stir fried Roasted Salted Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 kg of Roasted Chicken
- 2 tbsp of coarsely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp of Soybean Oil
- 2 tbsp of seasoning powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of Maggie sauce
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of black soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- ¼ cup of water
- ½ tsp of pepper
Method
- Heat the wok or pan with Healthy Chef Cooking oil with over medium to low heat.
- Add minced garlic and fry until yellow and fragrant.
- Add chicken and water and turn up to high heat.
- Season with seasoning powder, salt, soy sauce, Maggi sauce, black soy sauce, sugar, pepper and stir fry until all mixed thoroughly.
- Then, turn to medium heat and continue stir fry for at least 3-5 minutes until sauce is dry.
- Remove from the wok or pan. Transfer fried chickens into a plate and serve.
