Stir fried Roasted Salted Chicken


  • 1 kg of Roasted Chicken
  • 2 tbsp of coarsely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp of Soybean Oil
  • 2 tbsp of seasoning powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of Maggie sauce
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of black soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • ¼ cup of water
  • ½ tsp of pepper


  1. Heat the wok or pan with Healthy Chef Cooking oil with over medium to low heat. 
  2. Add minced garlic and fry until yellow and fragrant. 
  3. Add chicken and water and turn up to high heat. 
  4. Season with seasoning powder, salt, soy sauce, Maggi sauce, black soy sauce, sugar, pepper and stir fry until all mixed thoroughly. 
  5. Then, turn to medium heat and continue stir fry for at least 3-5 minutes until sauce is dry. 
  6. Remove from the wok or pan. Transfer fried chickens into a plate and serve.
