- Ingredients for Crispy Chicken
- Chicken Tenderloin 500 g.
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chopped Garlic ¼ cup
- Crispy Flour 1 ½ cups
- Water 2 cups
- Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 3 cups
- Ingredients for Suki Sauce
- Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Chopped red chilli 1-2 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1-2 tbsp
- Sugar 1-2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- White sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1 : Marinade chicken
- Marinade chicken tenderloin with salt and pepper in the plastic bag and leave it for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle the crispy flour over the chicken tenderloin for 2 times (without adding any water into the crispy flour)
Step 2 : Deep-fried chicken
- Coating chicken tenderloin with crispy flour, coating with cold water and coating with crispy flour one more time.
- Heat the cooking oil with medium heat. Deep fried until turn to golden color.
Step 3 : Suki Sauce
- Heat the cooking oil with lower heat in another pan. Add chopped garlic into the pan following with red chilli, water, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Stir for a minute.
Step 4 : Coating Chicken with Suki Sauce
- Bring crispy chicken tenderloin into the pan and coating with suki sauce and add white sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
