Rice vermicelli stir fry


  • Seasoning soy sauce 40 g
  • White soy sauce 40 g
  • Sweet soy sauce 40 g
  • Fish sauce 30 g
  • White sugar 25 g
  • Brown sugar 25 g
  • Vinegar 15 g
  • Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 14 tsp
  • Healthy Chef Cooking Oil 20 g
  • Rice vermicelli 100 g
  • Vegetable as prefer such as shredded cabbage or bean sprouts


  1. Prepare the vermicelli noodle by soaking them in warm water for 2 – 3 minutes then drain and rinse them under cold water. Set aside.
  2. Shred the cabbage into thin, noodle-like strips. 
  3. Heat a wok or large pan over high heat. Add the cooking oil,. Add the rice noodles, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, sugar and green parts of the green onion, if using. Mix well and stir fry for a couple of minutes until warmed through.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more soy sauce, or red chili flakes
