Rad Na with Crispy noodle


  • Ingredients for marinade pork:
  • Pork 200 g
  • White soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Seasoning sauce 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tsp
  • Baking soda ¼ tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour ¼ tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Ingredients for Rad na water:
  • Palm sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Healthy Chef cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Bean paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Water or pork soup 200 g
  • Thai broccoli 500 g
  • Yellow noddle (egg noodle)


  1. Marinade the pork with all ingredient and leave it for a while
  2. For Rad na sauce, in a pot or pan that is big enough to hold all the ingredients for sauce. Add minced garlic and pork. Stir for a minute or so until the pork is almost cooked, add the flour water mixture. Stir the flour water mixture and mix well prior to adding to the pan
  3. Pour the water flour mixture into the pan. Stir quick let the sauce come to a boil. The sauce will turn from milky white to translucent.
  4. Add soy sauce, bean paste, sugar and Thai broccoli. Stir to mix until the sauce is bubbling. Set aside 
  5. In the wok, heat the cooking oil with medium to high heart. Deep fry egg noddle until crispy. Set aside to serve with Rad na sauce on top.
