Heat the pan with medium heat with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil. Add ground pork and stir until cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, add more 4 tbs of Healthy Chef Cooking oil. Wait until the cooking oil is hot. Add garlic and stir until turn to yellow. Add shallots and tomato, stir until mix well.
Add ground pork into the same pan. Stir with all ingredients. Add fish sauce, cayenne pepper, sugar and seasoning powder. Stir for a minute.
Ready to serve with boiled egg and many kind of your favorite vegetable.
