Ingredients
- 230 g. of all purpose flour
- 110 g. of water
- 20 g. of melt butter
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 1 egg
- 100 g. of butter for marinade
- ¼ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking oil for fry
Method
- In a large bowl, add all purpose flour and salt. Stir for a minute.
- Add water, melt butter, and egg into the flour bowl. Knead all together until turn to a nice smooth dough.
- Take the dough to mix with 100 grams of butter. Cover with the plastic and rest for 5 minutes.
- Take the dough out cut into small pieces.
- Knead the small piece of dough as a square shape.
- Heat the pan with Healthy Chef cooking oil with medium heat. Fried the dough until turning to yellow / golden color.
- Ready to serve.
