Ingredients

  • 230 g. of all purpose flour
  • 110 g. of water
  • 20 g. of melt butter
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g. of butter for marinade
  • ¼ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking oil for fry

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add all purpose flour and salt. Stir for a minute.
  2. Add water, melt butter, and egg into the flour bowl. Knead all together until turn to a nice smooth dough.
  3. Take the dough to mix with 100 grams of butter. Cover with the plastic and rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Take the dough out cut into small pieces.
  5. Knead the small piece of dough as a square shape. 
  6. Heat the pan with Healthy Chef cooking oil with medium heat. Fried the dough until turning to yellow / golden color.
  7. Ready to serve.
