Stir-Fried Pumpkin with eggs and crabmeat
Ingredients
- Pumpkin 300 g
- Crabmeat 200 g
- Thai Basil Leave 1 cup
- 1-2 pcs of Yellow or red chili peppers
- 10 pcs of red chili
- 10 pcs of garlic cloves
- Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Seasoning sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
Method
- Cut pumpkin into a small piece
- Chop Yellow or red chili peppers into a small piece
- Pound chili and garlic together
- Heat the pan with Healthy Chef Soybean Oil with medium heat
- Add pumpkin, yellow or red chili peppers, oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, and sugar.
- Stir until all ingredient mix well.
- Add water into the pan and stir for a minute.
- Add crabmeat and Thai basil into the pan.
- Ready to serve
