Add both of chili peppers with shallots (Red onion), turmeric, galangal, garlic, shrimp paste together and pound or blend well.
Take all the chili paste out and dissolve them with coconut milk. Stir until mix well. Add egg, soy sauce, sugar, and crispy flour. Stir until mix well.
Add shrimp and garuda nail leaf (as your choice) into the chili paste.
Heat the pan with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil with medium heat. Scoop the shrimp with chili paste into the pan to make it round shape.
Slowly deep fry until turn to golden / yellow color and crispy. Rest on a grill to drain the cooking oil.
