Ingredients
- Beef cut into pieces 300 g
- Coconut milk 600ml
- Water 600 ml
- Cooking oil 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Curry powder 1 tbsp
- Roasted coriander seed 2 tsp
- Palm sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red Chili paste 3 tbsp
- fish sauce 1 tbsp
Method
- Heat the pan with lower to medium heat. Add cooking oil, chili paste into the pan, and coriander seeds. Stir until all ingredients mixed well
- Add beef, fish sauce, sugar and stir until beef is cooked. Simmering until the beef is tender. Set aside
- Prepare the noodle, boil egg noodle with the hot water. Add a little cooking oil into the egg noodles.
- Take the noodles into the small bowl, add beef curry soup into the bowl
- Ready to serve with pickles
