Thai Fried Bananas

Ingredients

  • Rice flour 120 g.
  • All-purpose flour 2 Tbsp.
  • Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.
  • Shredded Coconut 60 g.
  • Palm sugar 100 g.
  • Coconut cream 100 ml.
  • Ca(OH)2 or lime water 50 ml.
  • White and Black sesame 1 Tbsp.
  • Pumpkin seeds 1 Tbsp.
  • Sunflower seeds 1 Tbsp.
  • Mashed cashew nuts 2 Tbsp.
  • Pandas leaf 5 pcs.
  • Healthy Chef Soybean oil for pan 1.5 L.
  • Peeled bananas 10 fruits

Method

  1. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients, except the Healthy Chef Soybean oil and pandas leaf.
  2. Slice the bananas lengthwise into ¼ inch. 
  3. Put the slice bananas into the batter of all ingredients. Make sure it’s thoroughly coated with the batter of all ingredients.  
  4. Put Healthy Chef® soybean oil to medium heat and following with pandas leaf.
  5. Fry and flip the banana pieces as necessary until those are golden brown.
  6. Remove the banana to a plate lines with a piece of paper towel. Ready to serve.
