Ingredients
- Rice flour 120 g.
- All-purpose flour 2 Tbsp.
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.
- Shredded Coconut 60 g.
- Palm sugar 100 g.
- Coconut cream 100 ml.
- Ca(OH)2 or lime water 50 ml.
- White and Black sesame 1 Tbsp.
- Pumpkin seeds 1 Tbsp.
- Sunflower seeds 1 Tbsp.
- Mashed cashew nuts 2 Tbsp.
- Pandas leaf 5 pcs.
- Healthy Chef Soybean oil for pan 1.5 L.
- Peeled bananas 10 fruits
Method
- Whisk together the rest of the ingredients, except the Healthy Chef Soybean oil and pandas leaf.
- Slice the bananas lengthwise into ¼ inch.
- Put the slice bananas into the batter of all ingredients. Make sure it’s thoroughly coated with the batter of all ingredients.
- Put Healthy Chef® soybean oil to medium heat and following with pandas leaf.
- Fry and flip the banana pieces as necessary until those are golden brown.
- Remove the banana to a plate lines with a piece of paper towel. Ready to serve.
