In a large mixing bowl, combine and stir ground beef, salt and pepper together. Using wet hands, form seasoned ground beef into balls, approximately 20 grams per ball. Lightly coat each ball with all-purpose flour then set aside.
Heat Healthy Chef Soybean oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs until they are browned on all sides and cooked through. Transfer to a plate, keep warm and set aside. In the same skillet, add onions and minced garlic and sauté until onion turn translucent. Pour crushed tomato and chicken broth then stir until ingredients are well combined, season with salt and pepper** (OPTIONAL: can put a little bit of sugar for the better flavor.) Add meatballs and fresh thyme into the sauce and let it simmer for 1 hour.
Transfer the meatballs and tomato sauce to a baking pan, sprinkle sweet basil and mozzarella cheese then bake in 200c pre-heated oven until the cheese starting to melt and turning brown.
Place baked meatball and tomato sauce in a serving dish, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish. Serve immediately.
