Grilled Sea Bass with Garlic Butter


  • 150-200 grams of sea bass
  • 1 tablespoon of Healthy Chef Soybean Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • Saute vegetable / Butter Sauce
  • ¼ cup of Tomato salad (red / yellow)
  • ¼ cup of mushroom (fresh mushroom / champignon)
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • Dry parsley / dry oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Healthy Chef Soybean Oil


To make garlic butter sauce 
  1. Heat the pan with low heat. Add cooking oil, salted butter. Add garlic to stir until good smell. Remove the pan from the heat once butter has melted. Set aside.

To make Saute vegetable 

  1. Heat the pan with medium heat. Add butter, tomato and mushroom. Saute for a minute, add salt, black pepper, dry oregano and dry parsley. Set aside. 

To make a sea bass 

  1. Preheat the pan to grill for medium-high heat. 
  2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper all over the sea bass. 
  3. Place the cooking oil on the pan, add fish on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes. Turn the fish and coat it with butter. 
  4. Remove from pan. Serve with garlic and butter sauce all over the sea bass and your favorite Saute vegetable.
