Heat the pan with Healthy Chef Cooing Oil with over medium high heat. Add the chicken things and cook for a few minutes on each side until golden. It also makes the skin tough enough to withstand stewing later. Transfer the chickens from the pan into the large pot.
Heat the pan with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil with medium to low heat. Add onion, garlic and peppercorns and stir until the onions begin to soften about 2 minutes.
Pour the onion into the pot on top of the chickens. Add bay leaves and season with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, salt and chicken stock .
Reduce heat of the pan or pot into low heat and cover with the lid.
Bring pot or pan to a boil and simmer for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Remove chicken from pot to set aside.
Bring the left over sauce to a boil over medium to high heat for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened and serve on top of the chicken.
