Pan-Fried Salmon with Fish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs of salmon
  • 2-3 tbs of pound garlic
  • 3 roots of coriander
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 tsp of white pepper
  • 1 tbs of white sauce (soy sauce)
  • 2 tbs of fish sauce
  • 1 ½ tbs of palm sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ½ tbs of chili , lime juice to make a sauce on top
  • 2 cups of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for pan-fried

Method

  1. Put a little salt on the salmon and set aside.
  2. Make the sauce by adding coriander roots, shallots, white pepper, palm sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, water into the small pot with low heat.
  3. Stir all ingredient until mix well. Set aside.
  4. Heat the pan with medium heat with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil. Add salmon into the pan and stir until the skin is getting crispy. Set aside.
  5. Ready to serve with fish sauce on top of the salmon.
