Pan-Fried Salmon with Fish Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 pcs of salmon
- 2-3 tbs of pound garlic
- 3 roots of coriander
- 3 shallots
- 1 tsp of white pepper
- 1 tbs of white sauce (soy sauce)
- 2 tbs of fish sauce
- 1 ½ tbs of palm sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tbs of chili , lime juice to make a sauce on top
- 2 cups of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for pan-fried
Method
- Put a little salt on the salmon and set aside.
- Make the sauce by adding coriander roots, shallots, white pepper, palm sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, water into the small pot with low heat.
- Stir all ingredient until mix well. Set aside.
- Heat the pan with medium heat with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil. Add salmon into the pan and stir until the skin is getting crispy. Set aside.
- Ready to serve with fish sauce on top of the salmon.
