Using a pestle and mortar make the paste for marinating chicken by pounding all the ingredients together (minced garlic, cayenne pepper, coriander root, origano, dry rosemary, black pepper, chopped ginger, and lemon skin.)
Put Healthy Chef® soybean oil into a pestle, blend with the paste and leave it for a minute.
In a bowl, add the chicken bone in leg with water, sea salt, and coat with the paste.
Soak chicken bone in leg that already coated with the paste with crispy flour (all-purpose flour) and leave for 2 hours.
Heat Healthy Chef® soybean oil to medium heat.in a large pan.
Fry French fries in batches for 5 minutes until the skin turn golden brown.
Coat chicken with crispy flour (all-purpose flour) and shake off the excess flour.
Fry the chicken in batches for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the skins turn golden brown.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and serve with French fries and Boiled Corn .
