Ingredients
- 3 or 4 of bananas
- 24 pcs of spring roll pastry (size 5 x 5 inch)
- 1 of white egg
- 10 grams of brown sugar
- 1 ½ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
- Honey or maple syrup
- Icing for decoration
Method
- Slice banana into half
- Lay a spring roll pastry on a clean and dry surface.
- Place a slice of banana of the edge of spring roll pastry, sprinkle a little brown sugar or honey on it.
- Roll up the banana just like an envelope. Seal the spring roll pastry with white egg.
- Heat the cooking oil with high heat. Deep fried the spring rolls for 1-2 minutes or each side until golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve on plate and decorate on top with icing and honey.
