Deep Fried Banana


  • 3 or 4 of bananas
  • 24 pcs of spring roll pastry (size 5 x 5 inch)
  • 1 of white egg
  • 10 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Icing for decoration


  1. Slice banana into half 
  2. Lay a spring roll pastry on a clean and dry surface.
  3. Place a slice of banana of the edge of spring roll pastry, sprinkle a little brown sugar or honey on it.
  4. Roll up the banana just like an envelope. Seal the spring roll pastry with white egg. 
  5. Heat the cooking oil with high heat. Deep fried the spring rolls for 1-2 minutes or each side until golden brown and crisp. 
  6. Drain on paper towels. Serve on plate and decorate on top with icing and honey.
