Tonkatsu with steamed rice
Ingredients

- Tenderloin pork 2 pcs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Crispy flour 1 cup
- 2 of Eggs
- Bread crumb 1 cup
- Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for deep-fried 1 cup
- Salad for Decoration
- Tonkatsu Sauce Ingredients:
- Water 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Shoyu 3 tbsp
- Tomato sauce 6 tbsp
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Corn flour with water ½ tbsp
- Cooked rice
Method
- Cut tenderloin into pieces not too thin, clean tenderloin pork and then make it dry
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then smash the tenderloin pork to make it soft and easy to cook
- Batter the eggs, mix the flour and bread crumb into the bowl
- Heat the cooking oil with medium heat
- Breading the pork with mixed bread crumb and flour, then egg after that bread crumb.
- Add pork into the pan with cooking oil with 165-170c for 4-5 minute or until turn to golden color
- Adjust to high heat and deep-fried pork with high heat for 1 minute
- Cut pork in to small pieces
- Served with sauce, salad and steamed rice
