Tonkatsu with steamed rice

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Tenderloin pork 2 pcs
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Crispy flour 1 cup
  • 2 of Eggs
  • Bread crumb 1 cup
  • Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for deep-fried 1 cup
  • Salad for Decoration
  • Tonkatsu Sauce Ingredients:
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Shoyu 3 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 6 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Mirin 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour with water ½ tbsp
  • Cooked rice

Method

  1. Cut tenderloin into pieces not too thin, clean tenderloin pork and then make it dry
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then smash the tenderloin pork to make it soft and easy to cook
  3. Batter the eggs, mix the flour and bread crumb into the bowl
  4. Heat the cooking oil with medium heat
  5. Breading the pork with mixed bread crumb and flour, then egg after that bread crumb.
  6. Add pork into the pan with cooking oil with 165-170c for 4-5 minute or until turn to golden color 
  7. Adjust to high heat and deep-fried pork with high heat for 1 minute
  8. Cut pork in to small pieces 
  9. Served with sauce, salad and steamed rice
