Brownie

Ingredients

  • 180 g. of 70% pure chocolate
  • 25 g. of cocoa powder
  • 70 g. of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
  • 40g. of all-purpose flour
  • 125g. of sugar
  • 2 of fresh egg
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 80 g. of chocolate chip

Method

  1. Prepare baking sheet on baking tray square size 8”x8”
  2. Pre-heat the oven 170’C (top & bottom) 
  3. In a large bowl, melt chocolate 2 min in microwave, add sugar and stir. Add Healthy Chef cooking oil and stir.
  4. Combine all purpose flour and salt. Set aside.
  5. Beat the eggs with vanilla extract.
  6. Combine the eggs into the chocolate bowl, stir until mix well. Add all purpose flour part into the bowl, stir until mix well. 
  7. Add chocolate chip into the bowl.
  8. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 min.
