Ingredients
- 180 g. of 70% pure chocolate
- 25 g. of cocoa powder
- 70 g. of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
- 40g. of all-purpose flour
- 125g. of sugar
- 2 of fresh egg
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 80 g. of chocolate chip
Method
- Prepare baking sheet on baking tray square size 8”x8”
- Pre-heat the oven 170’C (top & bottom)
- In a large bowl, melt chocolate 2 min in microwave, add sugar and stir. Add Healthy Chef cooking oil and stir.
- Combine all purpose flour and salt. Set aside.
- Beat the eggs with vanilla extract.
- Combine the eggs into the chocolate bowl, stir until mix well. Add all purpose flour part into the bowl, stir until mix well.
- Add chocolate chip into the bowl.
- Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 min.
