Boiled Egg Fried with Tamarind Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • Coconut sugar / Palm Sugar 60 g.
  • Fish sauce 60 g.
  • Tamarind sauce 60 g.
  • Water 40 g.
  • Fried Red onion 4 tbsp
  • Dry chilli for decoration
  • Coriander for decoration
  • Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for fry eggs

Method

  1. Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes 
  2. Remove from the pot, put the boiled eggs into the cold water. Pell the shells off and set aside. 
  3. Heart the cooking oil with low heat, fry egg until turn to yellow or golden color
  4. Take fried egg out and set aside 
  5. Heat the cooking oil with low heat, add coconut or palm oil into the pan, add fish sauce, water and stir until mix well.
  6. Cut fried eggs into half and place on serving platter.
  7. Drizzle with tamarind sauce on top and decorate with coriander on top
