Roast Chicken with Salt and Chili
Ingredients
- Chicken wing 350 g.
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Seasoning 1 tbsp.
- Crispy flour ½ tsp.
- Cayenne pepper ½ tsp.
- Garlic cloves 50-60 cloves.
- Large red chili 6-7 pcs.
- Chopped coriander roots 1 tbsp.
- Sliced spring onion 1 onion.
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil 1 ½ cups.
Method
- Chop the chicken. Rinse and let it drains.
- Drain chicken mixed with soy sauce, pepper and seasoning for 10 minutes.
- Pounded coriander root, garlic, chili and salt together.
- Add crispy flour, mix them together in the bowl.
- Heat oil on medium heat then fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.
- Pour the oil out. Fry chili and garlic to golden brown.
- Add the fried chicken and stir them together.
- Sprinkle with spring onion.
