Thai Style Shrimp Omelet


  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • ½ Sweet bell pepper (green and red)
  • Soy sauce 1 ½ tsp.
  • Pot or Pan
  • Healthy Chef Soy Bean Oil ½ cups.
  • Shrimp ½ cups, finely chopped


  1. Heat oil in a pot or pan over medium heat. Then pour in the egg mixture with soy sauce, onion, sweet bell pepper, and finely chopped shrimp in the middle of pan. 
  2. Fry until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes on each side)
  3. Transfer omelet to a plate serve with chili sauce.
