Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- ½ Sweet bell pepper (green and red)
- Soy sauce 1 ½ tsp.
- Pot or Pan
- Healthy Chef Soy Bean Oil ½ cups.
- Shrimp ½ cups, finely chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a pot or pan over medium heat. Then pour in the egg mixture with soy sauce, onion, sweet bell pepper, and finely chopped shrimp in the middle of pan.
- Fry until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes on each side)
- Transfer omelet to a plate serve with chili sauce.
