Thai Pineapple Fried Rice with Curry Powder
Ingredients
- Cooked rice 2 cups
- Breast chicken 200 g.
- Chopped fresh pineapple ¼ cups.
- Minced garlic 1 tbsp.
- 1 large of onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- Black or yellow resin 1-2 tbsp.
- Unsalted cashews 2 tbsp.
- Fried shallots 1 tbsp.
- Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 1 tbsp.
- Green pea ¼ cups.
- Curry powder 1 tbsp.
- Pepper ½ tsp.
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
- Seasoning sauce 1 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
Method
- The process of cooking
- Heat oil in wok with medium heat and stir garlic for 1 minute or until turn to bright yellow.
- Add chicken, carrot, green pea, resin, pineapple, curry powder, pepper, and stir frequently.
- Then add rice, seasoning sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and stir about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve on plate and add fried shallots on top.
