Stir fry fish fillet with spicy paprika


  • 200 grams of fish fillet
  • 10-15 fresh paprika (Thai chili), pounded
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of healthy Chef Soy Bean Oil
  • ΒΌ cup of water
  • 1-2 leaves of kaffir lime leave, shred


  1. Using mortar to pound Thai chili.
  2. In a saute pan, medium heat with Heathy Chef Soy Bean oil. Add garlic and Thai chili stir for a minute. Add fish fillet, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water, and kaffir lime leave. Stir for 3-5 minutes. Serve with rice
