- 8 river prawns
- 1-2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 cups of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil (For deep friend prawns)
- 2 tablespoons of fried shallot
- 4-5 pcs of dried chili
- Prepare the prawns, remove the head and shell. Devein the prawns and wash clean.
- Dry the prawns with paper towel and coat with wheat flour.
- Heat the wok with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil with medium to high heat.
- Deep fried prawns for a minute (not too over cooked) and set aside.
