Ingredients
- 2 of large Eggs
- Water 1 Tbsp.
- Fish sauce 1-2 tsp
- Sugar 1-2 Tsp
- Ground pepper ¼ Tsp.
- Cooking oil 2 Tbsp
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium low.
- Crack 2 eggs in a wok. When the eggs begin to set, start stirring quickly, but do not let it break into small pieces.
- Season with fish sauce and sugar and keep the heat on medium low, if the wok is too hot the eggs will cook too quickly.
- Continue to scramble until cooked. Ready to serve
