Khao Pud Kapi PlaKrob

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice 2 Cups
  • Gourami crispy fried fish (break into small piece) 1 Cup
  • Shrimp paste 1 ½ Tablespoon
  • Garlics, coarsely chopped 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  • Fish sauce 2 Teaspoon
  • Seasoning sauce 1 Teaspoon
  • Healthy Chef Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  • Condiments:
  • Spring onion
  • Green mango
  • Coriander
  • Red chili peppers
  • Red Onions
  • Long beans

Method

Preparation:
  • Pre-cook the rice
  • Sliced spring onions, sliced red onions, sliced long beans, sliced red chili peppers  
  • Peeling the Green mango then thinly slice the green mango to get small strips. 
Directions:
  1. Heat cooking oil (2 tbsp) in a wok medium heat. Add minced garlics and fry a little yellow and crispy. Add shrimp paste and stir fry until aromatic.
  2. Add the cooked rice and stir fry to heat the rice and mix in the shrimp paste thoroughly.
  3. Once it’s fairly well mixed, season with fish sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar and stir in a few minutes. Turn up to high heat then add prepared Gourami crispy fried fish and stir until all ingredients mixed well. Remove from heat.
  4. Ready to serve
