Gourami crispy fried fish (break into small piece) 1 Cup
Shrimp paste 1 ½ Tablespoon
Garlics, coarsely chopped 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Fish sauce 2 Teaspoon
Seasoning sauce 1 Teaspoon
Healthy Chef Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon

Spring onion
Green mango
Coriander
Red chili peppers

Method
Preparation:
Pre-cook the rice
Sliced spring onions, sliced red onions, sliced long beans, sliced red chili peppers
Peeling the Green mango then thinly slice the green mango to get small strips.
Directions:
Heat cooking oil (2 tbsp) in a wok medium heat. Add minced garlics and fry a little yellow and crispy. Add shrimp paste and stir fry until aromatic.
Add the cooked rice and stir fry to heat the rice and mix in the shrimp paste thoroughly.
Once it’s fairly well mixed, season with fish sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar and stir in a few minutes. Turn up to high heat then add prepared Gourami crispy fried fish and stir until all ingredients mixed well. Remove from heat.
