Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients
- 5 cloves of minced garlic
- 200 grams of pork tenderloin
- 1 cup of pineapple (cut into 1 inch)
- 1 cup of cucumber (cut into 1 inch)
- ½ piece of onion (cut into 1 inch)
- 10 grams of each bell pepper (green, red, yellow) cut into ¾ inch
- 1 large of tomato
- 3 stalks of scallion (cut into small pieces)
- ¼ cup of tomato ketchup sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons of white sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
Method
- Heat up a wok and add in Healthy Chef Cooking Oil with medium heat. Add garlic and stir fry until light brown, then follow by pork. Stir for a minute.
- Add some water, cucumber, onion and bell pepper stir until smell the aroma from bell peppers and then add tomato and pineapple.
- Add tomato ketchup sauce, sugar, fish sauce and follow with scallion. Ready to serve.
