Sweet and Sour Pork


  • 5 cloves of minced garlic
  • 200 grams of pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup of pineapple (cut into 1 inch)
  • 1 cup of cucumber (cut into 1 inch)
  • ½ piece of onion (cut into 1 inch)
  • 10 grams of each bell pepper (green, red, yellow) cut into ¾ inch
  • 1 large of tomato
  • 3 stalks of scallion (cut into small pieces)
  • ¼ cup of tomato ketchup sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil


  1. Heat up a wok and add in Healthy Chef Cooking Oil with medium heat. Add garlic and stir fry until light brown, then follow by pork. Stir for a minute. 
  2. Add some water, cucumber, onion and bell pepper stir until smell the aroma from bell peppers and then add tomato and pineapple. 
  3. Add tomato ketchup sauce, sugar, fish sauce and follow with scallion. Ready to serve.
