Cut the bread into 4 pcs and set aside to get the air for a minute.
Mix ground pork, coriander root, ground black pepper, oyster sauce, corn flour, white soy sauce, and egg together.
Spread all ingredients on top of the bread.
Heat the pan with cooking oil for medium heat.
Fried the bread for a minute until cooked and set aside.
Bring sugar, vinegar, and salt into the small pot with low heat. Stir until all the ingredient blended well. Add cucumber and bird chili. Ready to serve.
