Heat Healthy Chef® canola oil to medium heat.in a pan and stir-fry the dried red chilies and move them around quickly.
In the same pan, add minced garlic, minced red shallots, chopped dry red chili, dried shrimp, oyster sauce, fish sauce, palm sugar, and tamarind concentrate. Stir-fry until mix well.
Add the clams and stir-fry until they open up for 5 minutes.
Add Italian basil, dry red chili and serve on plate.
