Deep Fry Eggplant with yellow chili
Ingredients
- Chicken breast 200 g
- Eggplant cut into bite sized 300 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Picked basil leaves 1 cup
- 3 cloves of garlic pounded together
- Healthy Chef Cooking Oil 1 cup
- Seasonings
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Fish sauce 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Method
- Preheat the wok, add Healthy Chef Cooking oil and eggplant. Deep fry for a minute.
- In another pan, preheat (low heat), add Healthy Chef Cooking Oil and chili and garlic. Stir for a minute.
- Add chicken into the pan with medium heat. Stir until the chicken is well cooked.
