Ingredients
- Ingredients to make the filling:
- 2 tablespoons of fried garlic
- 400 grams of Chinese chives (chopped finely ½ cm)
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of white soy sauce
- Ingredients to make the dumplings:
- 1 ½ cups of Tapioca flour
- 1 ½ cups of Glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup of rice flour
- 2 cups of water
- ¼ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
Method
Direction to make the filling:
- Mix all ingredients together and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Take the water from the Chinese chives out from the bowl.
** Baking soda is helping the color of Chinese Chives still green when steaming.
Directions to make the dumplings:
- Mix 3 types of flour into the bowl with water, stir well.
- Bring all ingredient to stir until the flour is sifted from the pan with low heat.
- Pour cooking oil into the pan.
- Knead all ingredients while is still heating by using spatula to help until the cooking oil absorbed into the dough.
- Roll the dough into thin sheet and cut into round shape for about 50 pcs (diameter is 7.5 cm)
- Put the filling inside this round sheet and wrap it.
- Steam with high heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve with fried garlic.
