Stir Fried Vermicelli with Egg and Acacia pennata
Ingredients
- Soaked vermicelli 300 grams
- Acacia pennata 50 grams
- Red Paprika 3 seed
- 3 of garlic cloves
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Seasoning Sauce tsp.
- 1/2 cup of broth
- Healthy Chef soybean oil for 3 tbsp
- 1 egg to do omelette
Method
- Soaked the vermicelli, cut short
- Fry an omelette and cut into square pieces and set aside
- Swipe the tops of the Acacia pennata (Cha-om)
- Roughly chop the garlic and red paprika
- Heat the pan with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil (medium heat) and stir with garlic and red paprika until a good smell.
- Put the acacia penanata (Cha-om) ingredients into the pan (oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, seasoning sauce, and broth.
- Mix well. Taste as you like.
- On top with omelette and ready to serve.
