Stir Fried Vermicelli with Egg and Acacia pennata

Ingredients

  • Soaked vermicelli 300 grams
  • Acacia pennata 50 grams
  • Red Paprika 3 seed
  • 3 of garlic cloves
  • Sugar 1 tsp.
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Seasoning Sauce tsp.
  • 1/2 cup of broth
  • Healthy Chef soybean oil for 3 tbsp
  • 1 egg to do omelette

Method

  1. Soaked the vermicelli, cut short 
  2. Fry an omelette and cut into square pieces and set aside
  3. Swipe the tops of the Acacia pennata (Cha-om)
  4. Roughly chop the garlic and red paprika 
  5. Heat the pan with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil (medium heat) and stir with garlic and red paprika until a good smell.
  6. Put the acacia penanata (Cha-om) ingredients into the pan (oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, seasoning sauce, and broth.  
  7. Mix well. Taste as you like.
  8. On top with omelette and ready to serve.
