Ingredients
- Serving for 4 people
- Fish fillets, skinned, boned and cubed 300 g.
- Wheat flour or corn flour ¼ cup.
- Chopped red chili 3 pcs.
- Chopped garlic 1 Tbsp.
- Cubed onion 1 pcs.
- Bell pepper cut in cubed (Red, Green, Yellow) 1 cup.
- Tomato cut in cubed 1 pcs.
- Vinegar 1 Tbsp.
- Tamarin paste 1 Tbsp.
- Fish sauce 1 or 2 Tbsp.
- Palm sugar 1 or 2 Tbsp.
- Tomato sauce 3 Tbsp.
- Water ½ cup
- Corn flour with water (to make sauce) ¼ cup.
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil for stir fry 3 Tbsp.
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil for deep fried fish 2 cup.
- Coriander Leaf for decoration
Method
- Put fish in a bowl. Sprinkle over wheat flour and then deep fried fish until golden
- Heat Healthy Chef® soybean oil medium to low.
- Stir chopped garlic until yellow color, add chopped red chili, palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarin sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce and stir until mix well.
- Add onion and bell pepper (3 colors) following with fresh chopped tomato and corn flour with water. Stir until mix well for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sweet and sour sauce on top with the deep fried fish.
- Serve with Coriander Leaf for decoration
