Thai Shortbread Cookies (Kleep Lamduan)
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cake flour
- 1 cup of icing sugar
- ½ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
- White egg
- 1 tsp of rose extract or vanilla extract
Method
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly add cooking oil and stir all ingredients to mix well.
- Form the dough into 1-1.5 cm balls.
- Cut each one-inch ball into quarters or make the dough as a flower shape.
- Brush the dough with egg and cooking oi.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes with 150’c.
- Ready to serve.
