Thai Shortbread Cookies (Kleep Lamduan)


  • 2 cups of cake flour
  • 1 cup of icing sugar
  • ½ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
  • White egg
  • 1 tsp of rose extract or vanilla extract


  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly add cooking oil and stir all ingredients to mix well. 
  3. Form the dough into 1-1.5 cm balls. 
  4. Cut each one-inch ball into quarters or make the dough as a flower shape.  
  5. Brush the dough with egg and cooking oi. 
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes with 150’c.
  7. Ready to serve.
