Stir Fried Mussels with Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

  • Mussels 200 g
  • Red chili 10-30 pcs
  • Chopped garlic 8-10 cloves
  • Fresh pepper
  • Shredded Fingerroot ½ cup
  • Shredded Kaffir lime leaves 1 cup
  • Shredded Red Bell Pepper 2 pcs
  • Thai Basil 1 cup
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 2 tbsp

Method

  • Boil all Mussels in the hot water for a couple minute and remove the shell out. 
  • Pound red chili and garlic together. Stir in the hot pan until having a good smell.  
  • Add mussels into the pan, add water, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves, Thai Basil, and Fresh Pepper.
  • Stir for a minute and ready to serve.
