Stir Fried Mussels with Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- Mussels 200 g
- Red chili 10-30 pcs
- Chopped garlic 8-10 cloves
- Fresh pepper
- Shredded Fingerroot ½ cup
- Shredded Kaffir lime leaves 1 cup
- Shredded Red Bell Pepper 2 pcs
- Thai Basil 1 cup
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Water 3 tbsp
- Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- Boil all Mussels in the hot water for a couple minute and remove the shell out.
- Pound red chili and garlic together. Stir in the hot pan until having a good smell.
- Add mussels into the pan, add water, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves, Thai Basil, and Fresh Pepper.
- Stir for a minute and ready to serve.
