Soy Sauce Chicken Wings


  • Chickens mid wings 300 g.
  • Healthy Chef® soybean oil 3 cups.
  • Mixture of sauce:
  • Healthy Chef® soybean oil 3 tsp.
  • Soy sauce 3 tsp.
  • Sugar 1Tbsp.


  1. Washing the chicken wings and let them dry.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat with Healthy Chef® soybean oil.
  3. Add chicken wings and fry until turn gold.
  4. Mix Healthy Chef® soybean oil, soy sauce and sugar with low heat frying pan and cook well. 
  5. Toss the fried chicken wings with mix sauce in the pan and serve.
