Ingredients
- Chickens mid wings 300 g.
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil 3 cups.
- Mixture of sauce:
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil 3 tsp.
- Soy sauce 3 tsp.
- Sugar 1Tbsp.
Method
- Washing the chicken wings and let them dry.
- Heat a pan over medium heat with Healthy Chef® soybean oil.
- Add chicken wings and fry until turn gold.
- Mix Healthy Chef® soybean oil, soy sauce and sugar with low heat frying pan and cook well.
- Toss the fried chicken wings with mix sauce in the pan and serve.
