Fried Rice With Sweet Roasted Chili Paste and Fried Shallot

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice 1 ½ cups.
  • Minced garlic 1 tbsp.
  • Diced onion ½ cups.
  • Sweet roasted chili paste 1 tbsp.
  • Fish sauce 1 tsp.
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp.
  • Seasoning sauce 1 tsp.
  • Sugar 1 tsp.
  • Chicken breast 120 g.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 5 Shallots
  • Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 2 tbsp.

Method

  1. Heat oil in wok over medium heat and stir shallots until turn golden color. 
  2. Set another wok with medium heat. Put garlic, chicken breast, onion, sweet roasted chili paste and stir until chicken is cooked. 
  3. Add rice, scramble eggs, soy sauce, fish sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar and cook fast for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with golden shallots on top.
