Fried Rice With Sweet Roasted Chili Paste and Fried Shallot
Ingredients
- Cooked rice 1 ½ cups.
- Minced garlic 1 tbsp.
- Diced onion ½ cups.
- Sweet roasted chili paste 1 tbsp.
- Fish sauce 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce 1 tsp.
- Seasoning sauce 1 tsp.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Chicken breast 120 g.
- 2 eggs.
- 5 Shallots
- Healthy Chef Soybean Oil 2 tbsp.
Method
- Heat oil in wok over medium heat and stir shallots until turn golden color.
- Set another wok with medium heat. Put garlic, chicken breast, onion, sweet roasted chili paste and stir until chicken is cooked.
- Add rice, scramble eggs, soy sauce, fish sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar and cook fast for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve immediately with golden shallots on top.
