Spaghetti with Bacon, Garlic and Dried Chili


  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 6-8 strips of Bacon (diced in small pieces)
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2-4 dried chilies
  • ¼ cup of onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup of basil
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt (fine sea salt)
  • 4 tablespoons of Healthy Chef Sunflower Oil


  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water for 5 minutes until dente, drain water out, and drain spaghetti with cold water. Add a little of Healthy Chef Sunflower oil into cooked spaghetti. (To help not make it stick together)
  2. Add Heathy Chef Sunflower Oil in to the pan with medium heat. Saute garlic, bacon, and onion until turn to golden for 30 second. Add spaghetti, salt and dried chilies. Cook for a minute until liquid is reduced. 
  3. Serve on the plate with basil.
