Black Mushroom Stir Fry with Egg
Ingredients
- Sliced Black Mushroom 150 g.
- Minced Pork 100 g.
- Egg 2 eggs.
- Chopped of garlic 15 cloves.
- Chopped of coarsely 2 Tbsp.
- Fine sliced stalk green onion 1 Tbsp.
- Healthy Chef® soybean oil 2 Tbsp.
- Oyster sauce 2 Tbsp.
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
- Sugar 1 Tsp.
- Ground black pepper 1 Tsp.
- Jinda chili & Parsley for decoration
Method
- Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce into a small bowl.
- Heat oil on medium heat.
- Fry the garlic until fragrant.
- Add minced pork and stir it wells.
- Add black mushroom and stir to cook.
- Crack egg into the wok and break up the egg.
- Add mixed sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper.
- Use the parsley and jinda chili for decoration.
