2-3 cups of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil (for deep fried chicken)
Deep fry chicken with high heat in the wok until turn to golden brown and set aside.
Pour the cooking oil out from the wok (just left cooking oil 1 tablespoon). Add garlic and ginger. Stir until a good smell. Add soybean paste, sugar, palm sugar, oyster sauce, black and soy sauce. Stir until blended.
Add deep friend chicken into the wok. Add soybean paste and water cover all chicken. Boil it for 15 minutes and switch to another side of chicken. Continue to boil it for more 45-50 minutes with low heat.
