Crab Fried Rice


  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • 50 grams of crab meat
  • 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
  • 2 scallions (chopped)


  1. Heat the pan with cooking oil over medium heat. Add garlic, stirring for 30 seconds. Then add egg and stirring for a second. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and rice. Stir fry the rice for a couple minutes or so until it’s thoroughly combined with all the ingredients. 
  2. Turn more heat to medium-high heat, add pepper, crab meat, scallion and stir fry for a minute. Ready to serve.
