Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- 50 grams of crab meat
- 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
- 2 scallions (chopped)
Method
- Heat the pan with cooking oil over medium heat. Add garlic, stirring for 30 seconds. Then add egg and stirring for a second. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and rice. Stir fry the rice for a couple minutes or so until it’s thoroughly combined with all the ingredients.
- Turn more heat to medium-high heat, add pepper, crab meat, scallion and stir fry for a minute. Ready to serve.
