Shrimp Toast


  • Serving for 4 people
  • Fresh shrimp 500 g.
  • Peppercorn 1 tsp.
  • Garlic cloves 15 pcs.
  • Chopped cilantro root 1 -2 tsp.
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp.
  • Salt ¼ tsp.
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp.
  • Bread sandwich 10 pcs.
  • Egg 1 pcs.
  • White sesame seed ½ cup.


  1. Bake bread sandwich with low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine shrimp, cilantro root, peppercorn, garlic clove, sesame oil, salt, and soy sauce in the bowl of a food processor. Plus until extremely finely minces. 
  3. Spread mixture evenly over one side of each piece of bread. Coat with egg and white sesame seed.
  4. Heat the Healthy Chef® soybean oil in a pot over medium heat. 
  5. Transfer half of toasts to the oil, shrimp side-down. Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes, adjust flame as necessary to maintain heat. 
  6. Serve with sweet and sour sauce with fresh cucumber.
