Sweet and Sour Salmon


  • Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of salmon
  • 1 ½ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
  • Ingredients for Sweet and sour sauce:
  • 20 pcs of red chili (rough blended)
  • 7 cloves of garlic (fine chopped)
  • 2 pcs of coriander root
  • 2 tablespoons of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of tamarin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of palm sugar


  1. Heat the pan with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil over medium-low heat. Place the salmon and cook until golden brown. Set aside. 
  2. In another pan, medium to low heat with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil. Add garlic, red chili and coriander roots. Stir for a minute.
  3. Add tamarin sauce, fish sauce, water and palm sugar. Stir until the sauce has thickened. 
  4. Brush the sauce on to the salmon filets. Decorate the coriander leaf on top.  Ready to serve.
