Add prepared chicken in the bowl. Let marinated with salt and pepper at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Add all-purpose flour in a bowl. Drop in the chicken one by one and mix well until they are well coated. Set aside.
Heat soybean oil in a wok on high heat. Gently drop in the chicken one by one, and deep fry until yellow, crispy and cooked thoroughly. Remove from heat. Drain and set aside.
In a separate pan on medium heat. Add all the ingredients of honey sauce together, continue to simmer until the sauce reduces down and thicken slightly (about 3-4 minutes). Add the chicken into honey sauce and stir to combine well coated. Remove from the heat.
Arrange the chicken in the serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds, sliced spring onions and serve immediately with hot steam rice. Alternatively, keep the sauce separate from the chicken and serve as an appetizer.
