Mushroom stir-fry with soy sauce
Ingredients
- Serving for 4 people
- Shiitake / Oyster / Black / Portobello mushrooms 100 g.
- Soy sauce or oyster sauce 1 – 2 tbsp.
- Magi sauce 1 tsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Fish sauce 1 tsp.
- Grind Pepper ½ tsp.
- Healthy Chef soybean oil 1 cup.
Method
- Over medium heat with Healthy Chef® soybean oil
- Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Take the cooking oil out and reduce to low heat.
- Add Soy sauce or oyster sauce , Magi sauce, Sugar, Fish sauce and Grind Pepper.
- When the sauce has thickened, remove from heat
- Transfer to serving dish.
