Mushroom stir-fry with soy sauce

Ingredients

  • Serving for 4 people
  • Shiitake / Oyster / Black / Portobello mushrooms 100 g.
  • Soy sauce or oyster sauce 1 – 2 tbsp.
  • Magi sauce 1 tsp.
  • Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Fish sauce 1 tsp.
  • Grind Pepper ½ tsp.
  • Healthy Chef soybean oil 1 cup.

Method

  1. Over medium heat with Healthy Chef® soybean oil
  2. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute. 
  3. Take the cooking oil out and reduce to low heat. 
  4. Add Soy sauce or oyster sauce , Magi sauce, Sugar, Fish sauce and Grind Pepper. 
  5. When the sauce has thickened, remove from heat 
  6. Transfer to serving dish.
