Ingredients
- 250g all purpose flour
- 75 g. of coconut cream
- ΒΌ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Limestone solutions
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp of Healthy Chef cooking oil
- 150 g, of palm sugar
- 30 g. of raw sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp of water
- 5 coriander roots
- 10 small garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp white pepper seed
- 1 cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil
Method
- Prepare all purpose flour into the bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the egg with salt, cooking oil, coconut cream, and limestone solutions. Stir all until mix well.
- Add the above ingredients into the flour bowl. Knead the flour until all ingredient mix well.
- Roll the dough about 0.5 cm thick. Cut into small & square pieces.
- Heat the wok with Healthy Chef Cooking Oil with medium heat. Deep fried the dough until the flour is turning to yellow color. Set aside.
- In another pan, add all caramel coating ingredients and stir with medium heat. Stir until all mix well and lower the heat.
- Add crispy deep-fried doughs into the pan. Gently stir all the caramel to cover the crispy dough.
- Lower the heat and ready to serve.
