Ingredients
- 1 tsp of salt
- 250 mm of water
- 125 g. of unsweet butter
- ¼ cup of onion
- 1 tbsp of shallot
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of MSG
- ¼ cup of Healthy Chef Cooking Oil for fried
Method
- Mix flour, salt, water and cooking oil in a large bowl. Knead all the ingredient until turn to a smooth dough. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Cut the dough into small 5-6 pieces. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat the pan with Healthy Chef cooking oil with medium heat. Stir onion, shallot, salt and MSG until a good smell. Set aside.
- Knead the small pieces of 5-6 doughs into a square shape.
- Add the onion filling into the dough. Kneading for a minute.
- Heat the pan and fried the dough until turn to yellow color.
- Ready to serve.
