Ingredients
- Minced pork 500 g
- 1 of large egg
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Seasoning sauce 1 tbsp
- Pepper Ā½ tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 tbsp
- Crispy Flour 1 tbsp
- Healthy Chef Cooking Oil 1 cup
Method
- Mix the ground pork with all ingredients (oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, pepper, minced garlic) and leave it for 15 minutes.
- Add crispy flour into the bowl knead with hand until it mixed well
- Heat the pan / wok with medium heat. Add the prepared pork balls and deep fry until golden brown and cooked.
- Removed from heat and drain
- Ready to serve with salad and vegetableĀ
