Ingredients
- All purpose flour 20 g
- Water 180 g
- Yeat 1.5 g
- Sugar 35 g
- Salt ΒΌ tsp
- Cooking Oil 10 g
- 1 egg
- Cooking oil for deep fry 3-4 cups
Method
- Mix all purpose flour with baking powder. Stir all together in a mixing bowl, add yeast, and set aside for a while
- Mix the wet ingredients into the bowl. Stir all mixed well and set aside
- Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl, add cooking oil and knead the dough until is turn smooth
- Cover the bowl with wet cloth (to prevent the dough is getting dry) for 6 hours
- Take the dough out and cut into shape as you like as in a round shape. Squeeze the small dough into a flat shape
- Heat the wok with medium to high heat to deep fry the dough. Deep fry dough until turn yellow or golden color
- Set aside to drain the cooking oil. Ready to serve
