Fried shredded pork crispy shallot

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin 1 kg
  • Sugar 200 g
  • Seasoning sauce 3 tbsp
  • White soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Seasoning powder 1 tsp
  • Sliced Shallot 150 g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Healthy Chef Cooking Oil 1 cup

Method

  1. Cut the pork into the small pieces to make pork easier to cook. 
  2. Steamed the pork with hot boiling water for 50 minutes. Set aside to make it cool.
  3. Smash and shred pork down into small pieces
  4. Mix sugar, seasoning soy sauce, white soy sauce, and seasoning powder into the bowl. Add shredded pork into the bowl until thoroughly mix well. Set aside
  5. Heat the pan with lower heat. Add sliced shallots into the pan, add a little salt, stir well until crispy 
  6. Add marinaded pork into the same pan with shallots. Stir pork all the time to cook all over until turn to a dark appearance. The pork will be crispy. Take the pork out and press the cooking oil out from the pork. Set aside and let the pork cool completely.
  7. Ready to serve with steamed rice or take it as a snack
